Books behind? QuickBooks a mess? We’ll get them right.
Months of unreconciled accounts, mystery balances and reports nobody trusts are more common than you think. Our CPA-led team cleans up and catches up your QuickBooks so your financial statements can be trusted again—and then helps keep them that way.
Start with our fixed-fee, 52-Point QuickBooks Health Assessment.
Transactions haven’t been entered or categorized, and catching up feels impossible on top of running the business.
Bank and credit-card balances in QuickBooks don’t match your statements, or reconciliations were skipped or forced.
Profit seems too high or too low, Undeposited Funds keeps growing, or A/R and A/P show invoices and bills that were already paid.
Tax time, a loan, or a line-of-credit renewal needs financial statements you can stand behind.
An office manager or previous bookkeeper did their best, but nobody is sure what was done or why.
Duplicate customers, vendors and transactions, an overgrown chart of accounts, or items mapped to the wrong accounts.
Every file is different, so every cleanup is scoped to what we find. Typical work includes:
Entering and categorizing missing transactions so your books are current.
Bank, credit-card and loan accounts reconciled to statements, month by month.
Open invoices and bills, unapplied payments and credits, and Undeposited Funds sorted out.
Chart of accounts, balance sheet and profit & loss corrected so the reports reflect reality.
Step 1
Our 52-Point QuickBooks Health Assessment (fixed fee, $750) documents what’s right, what needs attention and what should be corrected.
Step 2
If you want us to fix it, you get a fixed-price proposal based on what we found—no open-ended hourly surprises.
Step 3
Once the books are right, our daily outsourced bookkeeping keeps them current every business day—with an Owner Dashboard to show you the score.
It depends on how far behind the books are and how many accounts need to be reconciled. After the Health Assessment we’ll give you a fixed price and a realistic timeline before any cleanup work begins.
Cleanup is quoted as a fixed price after our 52-Point QuickBooks Health Assessment ($750). That way you know exactly what will be fixed and what it will cost up front.
Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is a normal part of our work. We’ll gather your bank and credit-card statements, enter and categorize the missing activity, and reconcile every account.
We’re based in Birmingham, Alabama and work with many Central Alabama businesses, but because the work happens in QuickBooks Online, we can clean up books for businesses anywhere in the U.S.
Our team is led by Michael S. Pruet, CPA, with Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors doing the cleanup.
Start with the Health Assessment, or schedule a short consultation if you’re not sure what you need.
